1. Free Technical Training: AET Provide the free technical training for our customers,the professional technical engineer will serve for you,you are welcomed to visit .
2. Telephone support:AET can offer telephone support for our customers during the working time.
3. Troubleshooting Support:When receiving the notifications of AET products failure from customers ,if it is unavailable for Telephone support ,AET will try best to make out a solution.
4. Reaction time:AET will dispatch the engineer to solve the issue if telephone support is unavailable ,our staff will arrive in time.Our working time is from 8.00AM to 18.00PM of Monday to Saturday.(expect Public Holidays and Setted Holidays of AET).
5. Warranty: AET supply one year warranty for our batteries.
6. After receiving the request to dispatch technician to detect the issues,our Technician will arrive in time,to make sure things go smoothly.
7. The follow situations are out of warranty:
(1) Fault operations of the customers.
(2) Any products or accessories fail ,not produced by AET.
(3) Lightning,Fire Damage,Flood,War,Act of Violence,and so on ,something similar as these.
(4) Persons who are not be authorized by AET,to change ,fix etc.
